I have over 10 years experience in teaching Geography, leading a successful Geography Department & Humanities Faculty. I have decided to take a career break as I have become a first-time mum. I have built up an incredibly large bank of my own designed resources over the years, not limited to geographical topics. I thought to share them with fellow educators here. I know all too well the pressures and time constraints so I am hoping that my resources will help other departments and schools along.

This writing frame is designed to aid students in spending some thought on the exam question at hand. It gives students a structure in how to approach such questions in a certain order and plan for its response. Each thinking & writing frame is designed to be printed out in A4, the frame to be laminated and the centre blank space to be cut out. This is so when the frame is placed around an exam question, the latter still appears in the centre of the frame and students are able to annotate notes and plan around the exam question itself ready to formulate a response. This tool is aimed more at GCSE and A level students of Geography but can be adapted to suit any subject at any level.
