These resources will help pupils to achieve these outcomes:
identify and name prisms, cylinders and cones
draw lines of symmetry on shapes or pictures
recognise and draw nets of cubes and cuboids
identify whether an angle is greater or less than a right angle
identify horizontal, vertical and parallel lines
identify the position of a point or item on a grid by its coordinates
use North, East, South, West to give directions or position

The 45-page workbook includes 11 information pages, 31 worksheets, 2 progress checks and a certificate of achievement. It is available in PDF and an editable PowerPoint version. The workbook can be used for classwork, homework, revision or as an independent learning pack.
PowerPoint Lesson
The editable PowerPoint lesson explains everything pupils need to know about geometry at Entry Level 3. It provides many examples and opportunities for pupils to practise their geometry skills. The PowerPoint contains links to videos on various aspects of geometry and example exam questions. It is ideal for introducing the geometry component of the specification and for revision purposes.
