GCSE German Grammar Lessons using Comics

Captain O’Scampi is a mnemonic to remember the key grammar points to get a higher level at GCSE. There are comics for each of letter of his name with a corresponding grammar point: O = opinions, S = subjunctive, C = Cases, A = adjectives and adverbs, M = modals, P = perfect, I = imperfect. The comics have been designed to cover the themes common to both AQA and Edexcel for the new GCSE 2024 and also the more challenging grammar points common to both. However, they can be used by anyone to revise the relevant grammar points. They are designed to be fun and engaging lessons for all! Each comic features a theme and grammar point, for example, the imperfect tense is set in the context of school. The lessons all have an accompanying workbook to help embed the key vocabulary and grammar point.
