go find it activity - Forest School Outdoor Learning

This is a great resource to use either as a warm up activity for forest school or as a quick outdoor learning game.

Ask a child to select a card, share the word with the group and ask the children to find something that is described by that word either on the way to forest school or as a warm up activity. For example if the word ‘smooth’ was chosen, the children then have to find and collect something smooth to share with the group. Encourage the children to share what they have found and describe why it reminds them of the key word chosen.
