This scheme could be taught as a 10 week slot to allow time for the reading or a 6 week slot and just read some of the chapters as summaries. This was used for a Year 9 group but could be amended for the new GCSE if needed. Mostly my own but some bits taken from all over the place whilst creating the scheme.
