Lovely, just what I needed.
Slight confusion with students but once they I went over some common misconceptions it went great. Plan on giving this as a homework to another class as it's just fantastic. Thank you creator.

This is a great activity to consolidate students understanding of solving quadratic equations. I love how a basic number problem appears at the end. Thank you for sharing this different style of worksheet.
