Halloween activity pack

This is an excellent resource pack to introduce vocabulary and to use the vocabulary in context. There is an authentic reading comprehension on the planned Halloween celebrations in Disneyland Paris. There are 8 comprehension questions and 13 phrases to find in the text to demonstrate understanding.
Also included is an extended writing frame for pupils to write a Halloween story. This has time expressions, adverbs, connectives, Halloween vocab, weather expressions, intensifiers, family and friends and expressions in the imperfect to describe the scene. This is excellent for creative writing and improving exam skills. There is a colour and black and white version.
A word cloud is also included along with a set of dominoes.
There are 3 word searches; a longer version whereby pupils find 20 Halloween words, there is a second version where the pupils translate the English to French, then find the French. The shorter version pupils find 9 Halloween words.
Using these resources there are lots of opportunities for differentiation and they can be used with a range of classes. They are also easy to edit or print.
