This downloadable resource is Set 7: ai, ee, igh, oa, oo.
There are five sets available. Each set includes x4 differentiated handwriting practice sheets for all Phase 3 phonics sounds as ordered in Letters and Sounds. These sets are:

Set 5: j, v, w, x, y, z

Set 6 (a and b): zz, qu, ng, ch, sh, th

Set 7: ai, ee, igh, oa, oo

Set 8: ar, or, ur, ow, oi

Set 9: ear, air, ure, er
Designed to be written on directly, each sheet features clear ‘starting dots’ to guide pencil placement and ensure correct letter formation. The systematic progression allows you to match the level of support to your learners’ needs.
Progressive Practice Levels (Sheets 1–4)
The four included sheets are numbered 1 to 4 (from easiest to hardest), representing an increasing level of difficulty for learners.

Page 1 (Maximum Support): Learners trace one row of each letter using dotted line guides and starting dots.

Page 2 (Moderate Support): Practice extends to two rows. The first row uses dotted line guides, and the second row requires tracing over the letter shapes without the starting dot guide.

Page 3 (Transition to Independent Writing): Practice extends to two rows. The first row uses dotted line guides. The second row starts with letter tracing, followed by a blank space for independent letter formation.

Page 4 (Independent Writing): Practice extends to two rows. The first row uses dotted line guides. The second row is a blank line for learners to practice writing each sound without visual support.
