Health and Wellbeing PSHE Lesson

PSHE introduction lesson and quiz pack for the topic of Health and Wellbeing for KS3. Includes:

One hour lesson introducing the difference between Health and Wellbeing, investigates healthy and unhealthy habits and covers the importance of always trying our best to keep healthy. It also gives the students templates to complete their own health and wellbeing improvement plans within the lesson. Lots to keep a class occupied and inspire students to be at their individual best! PLUS 3x PSHE Quiz lessons which could be used either at the start to introduce or at the end to finish health and wellbeing topics. Lesson plan also included.
