Teaching using didactic methods and standing infront of a group of students doesn’t always work - Split your class into 3 groups and let them complete a carousel of activities which are described on these resources.
Took me a while to create the resource for a 60 minute lesson, but when the lesson has started, you can micro-manage each group and provide support where necessary.
Excellent method of creating independent learners who can collaborate with their peers to achieve a common goal.
The tasks included on each resource include practical elements and discussion tasks for pupils.
