This is a unit of 6 x double lessons + assessment (could easily be adapted for 13 single lessons) on the topic of holy books originally planned for year 7 but could be easily adapted for other year groups.

Lesson 5: The Qur’an
Lesson 6: What do holy books teach about life after death?
There is an accompanying student booklet which includes all student resources.
Also included is an assessment lesson and mark scheme.
These lessons have been planned by an RE specialist for delivery by non-specialists and as such are easy to work through and contain additional notes (see notes section of PPT) for non-specialists as required.
