Homesteaders "the Women"

My dear Reader,

This lesson is the tenth one of a set on American West. ; It looks at the women homesteaders in the West of US. It aims to have students matching knowledge on the perils of homesteading and answering exam questions.
All lessons have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:

First slide- understanding the hardship of the homestead for women.
Second slide case study: the Colt and Warner families.
Third slide evaluating the contribution of women to homesteading.
All tasks are assessed.
A very straight forward lesson.
