A lesson on Amnesty International suitable for KS4 students. Could easily be adapted to suit AQA GCSE : Humans Rights and Social Justice unit.
A range of engaging and differentiated activities are included to maintain pupils’ interest including video links, information sheets and reflection tasks.
Lesson makes clear links to Universal Declaration of Human Rights and also includes a case study: Shaker Aamer to further students knowledge.
Can easily be adapted to suit different schemes of work.

The power point is colourful and informative but lots of grammatical errors that need correcting before using as a teaching resource. Cost is high for content.
