Lesson detailing the revolutionary events which occurred in Hungary in 1956. A range of activities including a source based starter task, a short ‘smart’ style literacy task, a video based task. There is an opportunity for pupils to write a narrative version of the events which provides some foundational skill based work for writing narrative history. Knowledge organisers and low stake knowledge checks are included as well.
