When does a hazard become a disaster?
Natural hazards are caused by geophysical processes: Earthquakes, Volcanoes, Landslides, Tsunamis.
Natural hazards are caused by hydro-meteorological processes: Cyclones, Depressions, Weather associated with a depression, Hurricanes, Drought, Floods, Tornadoes, El Niño explained.
