This is a lesson about the two children who emerge from underneath the cloak of the Ghost of Christmas Present: Ignorance and Want. It explores how the two children are symbolic, and pupils answer a series of Text Dependent Questions about quotations describing the children. They can carousel around the room to each quotation, answer the questions and then carousel to another quotation. Pupils work really hard in this lesson and their ideas and analysis is really in-depth as a result of the questions.
