By the end of the module pupils should understand the notion that a media text has been carefully and deliberately constructed to produce a specific response or message for a particular audience. Each unit should only be regarded as a starting point- or even a revision aid- they are not intended to be a completely comprehensive teaching resource. Each unit gives exposition, examples and activities for the students to use in the classroom. Units covered in this module all deal with image analysis.
