Jo attended Greenwich University where she attained a 2:1 Hons degree in Media and Communication. Her postgraduate studies at The Central School of Speech and Drama led to a PGCE in Media and English.
Jo has worked in publishing and for BBC Redwood as Head of Customer Relations. She has also worked at the TV studios at Maidstone as a researcher for Pilgrim Productions and the children’s programme WOW. She has been teaching Media Studies at GCSE and A level for over 18 years.
