This was taken from a SEAMC question. Pupils must find the area of a regular hexagon and octagon both with sides of 4cm. They then use this to find a general formula for an n-sided octagon and hexagon. The powerpoint has some extension work and hints in it as well as links to my youtube channel with video solutions.
