This is a fabulous Year 9 Drama scheme of learning with each lesson based around a different person from WW2. Each person explore was an unsung hero at the time for their actions including people such as Alan Turing, Chalie Chaplin, The White Roses, The Tuskagee Airmen, Charles Coward and Sir Nicholas Winton.
The SOL includes a class booklet with a knowledge organiser for drama, do now tasks for each lessons, resources for each lesson, a fact file on each person, and homework ideas. The booklet also include the assessment criteria I use as well as a feedback sheet I use in my school. All of which can be altered and edited.
Each lesson includes a PowerPoint presentation with all resources and tasks explained as well as a lesson plan to clearly indicate the structure and timing of each lessons.
The focus of the scheme of learning is to give students the skills and techniques to create thought provoking pieces of drama in preparation for KS4.
