Invitation Letter Writing Assessment

As students develop their competencies as they pertain to Invitation Letters, this assessment will check their understandings, of the key components of such letters. The assessment starts with directions, to students know what to do, to be successful, followed by a short paragraph explaining the conditions of the event. The bottom portion of the assessment includes prompts for students to dive into the story and draw out the important components that need to be included in an invitation. This can easily serve as a worksheet for independent work, small group, whole group, homework or as a quiz, test, or exit ticket.
