Card sort containing diagrams and information about the current-voltage characteristics of a resistor, a lamp and a diode. I have used this as a GCSE learning activity for lower ability year 11 (old spec) and as a revision aid for higher ability year 10 (new spec). Sparks some good discussion about the effect of temperature, direction of current flow, and introduces Ohm's Law. Could also be used as a revision starter for AS pupils.
