Game of 36 cards of the characters in the life of Jesus found in the Bible. You will need to print out all of them and cut up into a pack, 4 - 5 students max per group works best. Aimed at KS3 or GCSE revision.

How to play; Deal the cards out for an even number each. When it is their turn, they have to read out the synopsis of their character, then they have to use the topics on the card, deciding which category they will choose read out their number, everyone else does the same, the person with the highest number in that category wins and collects all the cards. Then the winner of the round does the same, until the winner keeps all the cards.

As a bonus there is the “who am I?” sheet. Everyone takes one of the cards without revealing it, and the others have to guess who they have, only asking yes/no questions, like “is your character a Roman?” then either cross off or place paper over the wrong answers. Winner guesses the character correctly. This game should be played after the Jesus Category game as a plenary to the characters from Jesus’ life.
