Activity for KS3 (I did it with year 8) on Jesus' resurrection looking at different theories around what could have happened. Allows the students to look at evidence and draw their own conclusions.
This lesson assumes they have background knowledge on the death of Jesus, probably done the lesson before.
I do it by having the 'case file' sheets stuck around the room and students move about to investigate, but there is no set way of doing it.
Includes a worksheet and writing frame.
There is also a 'super sleuth' set of questions which is to be used as extension questions for higher students.
NB. I recently did this with year 10s GCSE and they loved it.
