Joel Dowse

A video created by The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS). Joel has a 'frontline' job at City of Lincoln Council's anti-social behaviour team. He investigates complaints, manages projects and keeps victims up to date with how their complaints are being tackled. He was placed in the anti-social behaviour team because he wanted to work with young people. He has found and secured a role where he can put his skills, enthusiasm and confidence to work.
