Jorn's Magnificent Imagination by Coral Vass - Jorn Utzon - Sydney Opera House

This resource is an eight page PDF document with activities to do based on the book Jorn’s Magnificent Imagination by Coral Vass and Nicky Johnston. This document contains six worksheets for students.

The activities allow the students to reflect on the story and extend their understanding of the themes within this text. There are comprehension questions, vocabulary activities (compound words and synonyms). There are also three research activities, one on Jorn Utzon, another on the Sydney Opera House and a third which requires students to gather information from the Sydney Opera House website.

There is a double-up of one worksheet where the picture os the Sydney Opera House is provided in colour and also black and white for those teachers that may not want to print in colour.
