A key quotations analysis grid. I think this document is A4 but the intention is that it is blown up to A3, though this isn’t necessary. Can be used for any literature text; the examples provided here are ones I made for Macbeth. Really good for group work. Relevant for KS3 and KS4 and all exam boards.
Enables the students to organise their thoughts to do indepth analyses of language, meaning, and how a quotation can relate to character, theme and an audience response. Can be used to support / plan analytical writing (such as PEE, PEZE, PETER etc) and also as a revision tool.
