Resource Bundle
A complete bundle of Gap Analysis Grids / QLA (Reading, GPS, Spelling, Arithmetic, Reasoning 1, Reasoning 2) for the May 2017 KS2 SATs assessments. I have also included links to the papers, the mark schemes and the conversion grids within each spreadsheet.
These grids will save you many hours work and will help you quickly identify individual or whole cohort weaknesses in specific areas of the curriculum.
The sheets are set up for 30 pupils but more can be added/deleted and instructions are on the first page/sheet. Some cells are locked/protected in this document but the parts that you need to insert yourself are editable. This is so that the formulas/algorithms do not break and render the spreadsheet’s functionalities as broken.

A good table which is easy to use. It is a shame it does not provide a table analysing the results by domain as the more recent versions for the 2019 tests do.
I cannot change the number of pupils on the arithmetic sheet as it says it is protected. I also do not appear to have the domain totals and percentages as shown in the preview for the file.
This is great for my needs but I need the passcodes for the SPAG & Reading spreadsheets.... can't find your email on the sheets & I don't Tweet...!
This is a great resource and my year group team used the bundle today to analyse the results of our mock SATs week. Can you email the passwords to unlock the spreadsheets? We need make a few tweaks to meet our needs: adding more pupils, correcting some errors in the maths totaling formula and sort the data?
