A themed set of ten, one hour, detailed session plans with equipment lists. For use by Teaching Assistants in an after school KS2 STEM Club.
Although there may be some overlap with curriculum topics, the activities have not been planned to meet classroom curriculum objectives. They aim to widen the pupil’s experience of STEM in a hands on, enjoyable way.
The session titles are 1) Biometrics. 2) Brain and Nerves. 3) Joints and Muscles. 4)The Hand. 5) Skin and Touch 6) Eyes and Vision. 7)Lungs and Breathing. 8) Heart and Blood Flow. 9) Gut,Food and Digestion. 10) Disability
