KS3/4 maths report writer (Mastery SoW)

I have written a very simple to use report writer for year 7,8 and 9 maths which has been based on the mastery Scheme of Work. This includes all the topics taught in year 7,8 and 9 in easy drop down menus. It starts with getting you to say what the students have been doing this term which will form the start of each report. It will then ask you to RAG the pupils behaviour and how they are with homework and make a comment on each from a drop down.

There are two sections for a topic they have done well on and what is positive about how they are in the classroom. There are then two about what they need to improve on and a comment about how they could either work on their focus in lesson or if they are a model student then how they can look at harder worded questions etc… (You may wish to change the odd comment to direct them to the online tool your school uses to aid revision)

The final comment it about their homework. You can then copy and paste the final box into SIMs or similar for each student. This works best in a school that wants maybe 2-3+ reports a year for each child. Each report uses their name twice and he/she twice depending on what you put for gender.
