A workbook for a year 7 chemistry topic of Atoms and the periodic table. This pdf contains 7 lessons each of which contains explanations and activities following lesson structures based around best practice cognitive science informed teaching.

The lessons consist of a Do Now, accessible explanations, scaffolded activities and a knowledge check. Each is planned to take up an hour of class time although they could also be used for revision or homework tasks.

The lessons included cover the English national curriculum and stretch beyond it to cover:
