This is a single lesson taken from the KS3 electricity bundle
The lesson is fully differentiated into Low, Mid, High and GCSE tasks and can be fully adaptable to any scale of learning (e.g. AWOL, 9-1).
Pupils will:
1. Explain the differences between series and parallel circuits in terms of voltage and current
2. Use models to explain series and parallel circuits
3. Calculate/determine current and voltage in a parallel circuit.
4. Plenary - Contextual question linking to either series or parallel circuits
