Whole lesson about History of the atom. Suitable for KS3 and KS4. It could also be used as a quick recap of the basic content for A Level Physics or Chemistry students.
The starter involves a mini game where some questions have been provided in a word document. However, these can be changed to suit previous lessons of your taste, please note this starter requires a bag of sweets to engage the students. The hyperlink is to a song which can be changed also.
The main task requires paper, pens and various other resources of your choice depending on how creative you and your students are (hint sheets are provided at the very end of the powerpoint). There is an extension task if the students finish ahead of schedule or you wish to recap this lesson before moving onto another lesson.
