A tool first used in a training environment working with L2-L3 Teaching Assistants. The 'mountain&' concept is introduced with the whole class working as a team throughout the 12-week course where it is explained that the &';team' progress takes into account the slowest learner to ensure 'nobody is left on the ground'. As a visual-tool to promote development in class the Learner continually adds to each block of the mountain and gradually observes as their journey unfolds towards their peak.

Love the metaphorical 'Climbing A Mountain' Tor. Cool resource for building rapport in the class. N

Fantastic resource for team-building. Like the fact that 'nobody is left on the ground' and all make it to their peak together. Thank you!

Like this as a 'visual' learning tool to guide progression. I can see how this will work with a range of learners Tor, in terms of them acknowledging their 'learner journey' as a shared/team experience. DD
