Lessons and Booklet: Ireland and the British Empire

These resources cover the history of Ireland within the British Empire, from the Normans up until the Good Friday agreement and Brexit. Booklet resource in powerpoint and pdf format, 25 pages/slides. Booklet can either be used independently by students, or teacher led with the powerpoint lessons which contain the reading and tasks. Aimed at Y8/Y9 students.

Each page in the work booklet is a different topic which contains 4-5 tasks based on the reading given, an instruction to add dates to a timeline at the back of the booklet that covers the entire time period, and a list of keywords that are explained in the glossary at the back of the booklet.
