Letter Memory Game

This product is perfect for individual, pairs or small group, morning work, assessment and literacy center. The aim of the game is to see if the students are able to match the cards that are the same and also to develop memory, improve game playing skills such as taking turns. In addition, it re-enforces letter recognition and automaticity.

PREP

Simply print, laminate and cut out the cards.

Direction: Print 2 copies

Shuffle and place cards face done across the table. Have each student take turns selecting 2 cards at a time. If the cards match the student keeps the pair and gets another turn, if not, the cards should be placed back face down on the table and the other player gets a turn.
