Part of a series of activity sheets that take students through the formal elements of art. In this activity sheet, students are introduced to the element of line. This is designed for KS3 students in yrs 7 and 8, but may be suitable for other ages, depending on ability. Students will learn basic mark-making and line drawing techniques, referring to the work of artist Paul Klee. This activity sheet can be printed, but has been designed so that it can be followed purely on screen too. Students just need paper, a pencil and a pen, in order to complete the activities.
