Students create their own fantastic and magical beast. Ideal for year 7 and 8 low and mixed ability.
Students are to consider the characteristics of their creature and provide a care guide also. Students can also consider the magical creatures personality, what they eat and how to best look after them.
Once students have planned their creature they can use the crafty resources to create a poster of their fantastical beast or write a descriptive paragraph about their creature using a range of creative devices.
