Matching and Comparing Card Sorts EYFS KS1

14 colour pages of cards for early years and KS1 children to support their maths, speaking and listening skills and topic work.
Each page has 2 sets of 3 cards for children to cut out, talk about, sort and make into sets.
Themes range from food and drink, flowers and trees, blue and yellow and large and small.
Cut up, duplicate and laminate the cards for matching games and making into sets of 3.
Children can begin by sorting along 2 criteria e.g. red and yellow and then extend e.g. using blue and green.
Extend by asking children to sort in other ways such as all the transport, all the weather pictures or all the containers.
