Mathematics of the Real World. A Geographical investigation

This presentation is designed for use in a Geography/Humanities lesson. The presentation is designed for use with the excel file “World Maths revised”. The Presentation includes a description of basic statistical data used within Geography while the excel file includes data on population statistics, life expectancy, GDP per Capita and others. The Presentation also includes a brief note on over 150 sovereign states and a number of suggested student tasks (these can be amended to fit the learning objectives).
