A booklet aiming to help inspire maths in fun and engaging ways. I hope this will enable you to give parents ideas on how to bring maths into their everyday routine easily.
I have given ideas for how to work on each of the areas of the maths curriculum with pictures included. Where applicable I have tried to give examples of how you can start simple and increase the difficulty to meet the needs of your children.
All activities have been tried and tested on my own two children and also shared with the parents of children I have taught over the years.
I hope this helps you to see maths doesn’t. have to be just a pencil and paper doing sums or recalling timetables.
