Explore some of the unique and typical Christmas traditions of target language countries with this set of two-page reading comprehension worksheets!
Three short reading passages are presented on various aspects of Christmas, along with comprehension questions and vocabulary support for each. There is also a short definitions quiz at the end of the worksheet.
The language level is around A2 on the CEFR scale (ideal for able Year 8/9 and pre-GCSE), encouraging gist-reading and reading for fun.
A third page including suggested model answers is supplied with each worksheet.
