A song for mindfulness and supporting positive mental health - encouraging children to breathe, take a breath and let the brain help them to be aware of your emotions, feelings and thoughts.

Suitable for primary children aged 5 - 11.

The video includes lyrics that are easy for children to sing along to. Or simply listen as a refocusing activity and use the space in the song after ‘Just breathe’ to focus on the breath.
