Mindtalk is a programme of resources designed to be used during form time, or as part of PSHE. The purpose is to begin conversations with students about topics that often we feel uncomfortable talking about. In having these conversations, we can break the stigma that surrounds mental health and signpost young people to places where they can access support. For more information head over to www.dualfrequency.co.uk There are thirteen sessions here that cover a range of issues relating to mental health, these are:

Anger
Anxiety
Body image
Building resilience
Bullying and cyberbullying
Celebrating difference
Confidence and self esteem
Feeling low
Friendships
Hobbies, interests and creativity
LGBTQ+
