Jeannie Baker’s Mirror is a wonderful text for close analysis, and this worksheet set will assist a high-school audience to closely analyse the text. The resource includes four worksheets, totalling 12 pages.

Activities include:

• Overview and comprehension (3 pages): A great introductory worksheet which helps students look closely at the text and consider the narrative(s) and how they interact. Introduction to the key themes of the text
• Close Study worksheet (4 pages): Detailed questions analysing the text and considering the way image composition shapes the narrative.
