Children look at a variety of natural landscapes to emulate. They sketch the outlines in pencil and then go over it in charcoal. This is not drawing from observation but can be adapted for that. Success Criteria is provided and examples for children that can be printed off for their tables. Mention perspective that subjects in the foreground look bigger than those in the background. Also mention and model drawing a horizon line first if appropriate. A Challenge is provided for higher children. You can make the pictures on the success criteria bigger; I had to shrink them a lot for compatibility.
