Nature Counting – Counting, Addition, And Subtraction

This activity will get your littles ones counting as well as doing simple addition and subtraction while observing the wonderful nature around them. For this activity you want to take your class somewhere with as much nature as possible.

The children will find the different items on the table, recording down how many of each they can see before doing some simple addition and subtractions based on their observations.

This pack contains several different levels of differentiation, from students simply counting what they can see to them figuring out a more challenging addition and subtraction for each.
