NHS Constitution and Trust Values

A worksheet which on one sides gives an overview of the NHS Constitution and the values that all NHS employees must follow.

On the reverse, students use the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Values (Kindness, Openness, Excellence) to analyse their work experience so far to find examples of where they have met values. The aim is that students can then use these identified examples for personal statements and interviews. They can also use the analysis to find gaps in their work experience to provide some guidance of what they need to do before they begin their applications.
