A set of two lessons following Dynamo 1 Module 5 Où vas-tu le weekend?. Lessons introduce irregular verb aller in the present tense as well as the use of the partitive article to translate ‘to the’ in French. Lessons also give students chance to revise places in a town, articles and opinions. Activities include an interactive ‘space race’ game as a plenary to the first lessons, a GCSE style role play, stepped translation in to the target languages and a extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self assessment.
