This lesson uses a popular radio stations 'rage against the machine' feature to inspire students to write to express a strong opinion.
Terminology such as: 'hyperbole/ superlatives etc' are introduced in this lesson in a fun an interactive way - students will be required to move around the room to gather information and will have access to a sound clip from the show for inspiration to start working on their own writing.
The lesson also has a speaking and listening element built in as the students showcase their work.
